Having a “sense of entitlement” means we expect the government to solve many of the problems that we personally should take care of ourselves? As business owners, we need to foresee situations that can affect our sales and bottom-line.

Having a “sense of entitlement” means we expect the government to solve many of the problems that we personally should take care of ourselves? As business owners, we need to foresee situations that can affect our sales and bottom-line. Please read this report with an open mind and apply it to your business pursuits.

The problem is that this ailment is causing major problems in society. The Democratic Party, when in power, and the government have trained us to believe that we have to depend on them to fill our needs instead of depending on ourselves and on God. The more we depend on government, the less self-reliant we become.

Now we have a society that has elected a party and President that tells us we cannot get out of the crisis we are in without the government. President Obama actually said in his speech to America about our economy several months ago that the situation is so dire that only government can fix it . . .never mind that government caused the problem in the first place because Congress did not take care of the problems we have now when they began to emerge.

We have a runaway Congress and President who have no problem spending money that we cannot afford, money that did not even exist until they created it out of thin air. They’ve taken $13 Trillion dollars out of the treasury to fund all the programs and bailouts they said we needed to stimulate the economy but most economist will tell you that borrowing never does any good, it just delays the inevitable (bankruptcy). Do you see what this all means to us as American citizens? It means government made the money when there is nothing to back it. It’s virtual money–meaning it’s not real!

As I heard it explained on Glenn Beck a while ago, a healthy economy will be a straight line without much of a dip for deflation or rises for inflation.

When money deflates, the economy’s stability drops down and we have a recession or depression. That means we need inflation to bring back up the stability of the economy. Now the trick is to catch it just before it starts back up, but if the Feds wait a bit too long and they catch it on the other side of the rise in inflation, then we have hyper-inflation. . .where the cost of things goes sky high. The way Glenn Beck explained it, it would be like having a barrel full of money but all you can buy with it is bread. Recently, the President said we will have a “W” swing back in inflation… which means we will dip way down and start back up, and then dip again and go back up. When we will see the dips is unpredictable, but we know we will see it. In that case, government can’t help us.

I suggest you follow the links below and read the reports I’ve done on this situation. If we cannot stop what’s happening, which it appears now that we can’t, then the dollar will CRASH and be worthless. Not only that, but the USA, France, Germany, Japan, England and other countries will crash as well and we will have a global economic crisis. China has been giving the President some stern advice about his spending and I doubt they will bail us out again when the dollar crashes and we go bankrupt as a nation. And then the government will not be able to help a soul…only themselves because they will then be free of debt at your expense!

So how did all this begin? It started with too much debit, people relying on credit and then being unable to repay it. This same situation continued in governments as well. The USA started borrowing from China and other governments that would make you hot under the collar to know we are indebted to them, and so now we have a huge problem with no solution in sight.

Demise of America.wordpress.com/2009/03/23/now-government-controlled-farming

Demise of America.wordpress.com/2009/03/23/demise-of-america-truth-or-fiction

Now they are messing with our food and farms, health care, and ability to sale our homes because of unreasonable mandates to retrofit our homes before we can sell our homes. It’s just unbelievable!

All of this started with the narcissistic needs of the American people to take care of themselves withot concern for others. This attitude not only exists in individuals, in families, and in society, but now it is the cause for the downfall of the United States of America and other nations to follow. We will have no peace of mind, peace in society, joy, and happiness if we lose our freedom and be turned upside down in a global financial crisis.

You need to understand what we face RIGHT NOW before you can make a plan to respond appropriately to the crisis. So take the time to understand the situation and then do something to prepare for the resulting crisis. I suggest taking what money you have and buy food, staples, and whatever your family decides is prudent; but do not delay, time is of the essence.

Look, my intention is not to scare you to death but to help you understand what we face so you won’t be taken by surprise. If you had a “fortune teller’s glass ball” and you see what the future holds, you would do what you can to prevent it or to make preparations. Well, the glass ball is telling us what to expect but you have to be looking and paying attention or you won’t see anything.

You can check into our store at http://shop.ourdayshopping.com and find things to help you be prepared for a natural disaster, a loss of income, a terror attack, rioting and chaos, and whatever else might come our way. I hope you will keep checking there because we are constantly adding products and supplies to help you.

You don’t have to take my word for it, just keep an eye on the news and decide for yourself. Check out the Internet chatter and see what is being said, so you know what you are up against and how you should respond. You don’t want to respond in panic or hysteria when something happens. You want to already have what you need when a situation arises.

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you. My phone number is available upon email request.

I just completed a twelve week course with Dale Carnegie. Not only is it worth three college credits, but it adds value to my business goals as well. I highly recommend you take this course when you have the opportunity. Not one person in our class realized the impact this course would have on them and their profession. We each had different reasons for taking the course, and yet the experience turned out to be much more rewarding than we had expected.

Because I’ve been in Network Marketing for over thirty years, and because I’ve attended all the seminars and read all the books (including “How to Win Friends and Influence People”), I expected to learn very little from the course. All I wanted was to add the Dale Carnegie Training Course to my portfolio for credibility reasons. Instead, what I got was smoothed out rough edges of my character and the skills I already had developed into better communication and more confidence in my ability and expertise.

The Dale Carnegie Training is designed to be personal in application. As a result, personal examination caused a huge change in my thinking and attitude. I now have more confidence in teaching what I know, more understanding of how people think, and how to be more direct in my presentations.

With this increased confidence, I am starting up my own Training Center to help people in the following areas:

Develop leadership skills and become a more effective leader

Become a more persuasive communicator

Reduce stress at home and work

Improve problem solving skills at work and home

Develop techniques to find a job by presenting ones self in a better light

I am also putting together workshops to help families communicate better with each other.

I will not anything scheduled at this time, but plan to begin the training in late July or early August. I will keep you informed on when I plan to do a session, the subject of the session, and where. If you would like to schedule a home session for family and friends, contact me by email and we will talk about your needs.

In the meantime, I advise you to start reading the books listed below that are most useful in the Dale Carnegie program. You can get them online or in any bookstore. You can also click on these links and see amazon.com’s full page of Dale Carnegie books.

You don’t have to ask me any questions if you feel uncomfortable about it, but if you have one, please feel free to ask it. Relax, there are NO STRINGS attached, no gathering information for a name list or mailing list, none of that maketing ploy that some people use when they offer free information.

I am not saying that I don’t ever offer free information with the intent to build a name list and invite people to other things that I offer, but I NEVER spam. I hate spam! You have to request a subscription to get my information. The truth is, my offer is pure and a sincere desire to share the vast knowledge I have in my head to help you with your situations.

I have coached people with great results. They have been able to get refocused when they have freaked out about the economy. I had some who get overwhelmed and can not find their way out. I helped them with this and get them back on track. That is the job of a business coach. I have also helped people build their own websites too.

I am not asking you to let me coach you, I am only one person so I have a limited number of people I can take on at one time, but I do have a new website that I set up yesterday. It allows you to ask me a question. That way everyone can benefit from your question and the answer to it.

I set up the site to function much like facebook and twitter. However, it is different from facebook and twitter because you don’t follow people and leave little messages for your friends.

Upline in network marketing put a lot of pressure on downline to perform, especially when someone stops producing or begins to give excuses. Because a person seems uncommitted or confused about what he or she really wants, an upline will often drop working with him or her all together because it isn’t worth the time. It’s just “The Nature of the Beast” for most Network Marketers. It’s a sad story, but one I hear over and over again.

The problem here is that many upline do not take the time to understand why people quit producing. In fact, they view excuses as non-committal or lazy. Let’s talk about why someone may stop producing in a Network Marketing business.

They do not have the same work ethics as their upline.

They do not have a reason to do the work. In other words, they have no “WOW”.

They need more personal time to work on their fears with an upline who understands them.

They see holes in the plan or they do not understand the plan well enough.

They have heard negativity from family and friends.

They have big egos and think success should happen quickly, and so they won’t wait for it.

They focus on their sales skills instead of what their prospects want and help them at that level.

They make mistakes so they are too embarrassed to go forward.

They do not believe they can be successful.

Lack of money to support their businesses, limiting their ability to work the business effectively.

They have run out of names on their list.

They lose the vision of why they started the business in the first place.

They won’t accept trainning and try to go off on their own. They learn just enough to be dangerous.

Do any of these reasons sound familiar to you? If so, you need to discuss it with your upline. Tell your sponsor how you feel and ask for help. Upline cannot help you if they do not know your problem.

Another issue might be that you do not trust your sponsor to teach you what you need to know. You look upline for someone you feel comfortable to work with and deal with your problems.

I do not suggest you bypass your sponsor when you think you are too important to work with him or her. You may be tempted to do so becauuse you like the success you see higher upline and think it better to work with them. Keep in mind that the people you want to work with upline instead of your sponsor did not bring the opportunity to you.
Okay, let's get serious about this now. You want to be successful with your business, but you know to do that, you need to be on the Internet. Nevertheless, you have no idea how to go about it or you figure it will cost too much to get set up.

Here is where the rubber meets the road my friend. That means it's time for you to make some decisions that you have not been willing to make up to now.

THE SECRET TO SUCCESS IS KNOWING WHEN OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS
AND THEN OPENING THE DOOR TO IT.

UNTILL YOU OPEN THAT DOOR, NOTHING IS GOING TO CHANGE FOR YOU.

YOU WILL BE WHERE YOU HAVE ALWAYS BEEN AND GET WHAT YOU’VE ALWAYS GOTTEN!

IS THAT ENOUGH FOR YOU?

Okay, let’s get serious about this now. You want to be successful with your business but that means you need to be on the Internet. Nevertheless, you have no idea how to go about it or you figure it will cost too much to get set up.

Here is where the rubber meets the road my friend. Perhaps it’s time for you to make decisions that you have not been willing to make up to now.

Either you haven’t asked yourself the right questions in order to make the decisions you need to make or, for one reason or another, you are not ready to make a commitment to do it .

You have a desire to succeed but you are not in the right position yet. Let me point out a few reasons why you are having problems and see if any of them fit your circumstances.

* You need to quit talking about succeeding and just do it!

* You need to quit complaining about not succeeding, about why you can’t do it, and get things resolved now so you can!

* You need to make a decision about working with the right people, perhaps you will see me as the right person, and let that person or persons help you.

* You need to get the ball rolling now, even if you think you’re not ready yet. I can help you with that, and you won’t feel overwhelmed.

IT’S TIME RIGHT NOW TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT YOUR FUTURE.

I’m and ready to help you where I can, so let me.

Do you have a mentor or someone you respect that you can be accountable to?

Remember that you would not ask a banker for advice on farming any more than you would ask for advice from a person who doesn’t know the first thing about being successful.

You want to take advice from someone who has been around successful people and has the mentality for success. That person may not yet have the level of success that you want but does know how to apply success principles.

Find a person who understands your vision and supports your efforts without criticism or stomping on your dreams. That person needs to help you keep your feet to the fire and tell you when you screw up. You want that person to tell you the truth, even if it’s something you don’t want to hear but you know it’s true. A person like this is NOT easy to find, but when you do you need to rely on their wisdom.

My brother and I have that type of relationship. Most of the time I mentor him, but there are times when he tells me things I don’t want to hear that I need to hear. We make a good tag team for each other. You need someone to be a tag team member for you too. If you don’t have someone, let me help you. I am really good at listening and telling you the truth. I know how to be successful and I have years of experience rubbing shoulders with the most successful people in the Network Marketing world of business.

If you are ready to do something positive right now that gives you a jump start, let me give you a homework assignment. You need to read and ponder on the following books:

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill

How To Win Friends and Influence People by Dale Carnegie

Master Keys To Riches by Napoleon Hill

PARKING AT A LEVEL OF SUCCESS

I’ve discovered that one of the greatest enemies to success is the lack of planning for success! Another is reaching a certain level of success and then parking. Success becomes stagnate when people park themselves and insist on staying there instead of setting new goals and continuing to grow.

People park when they sit back and rest on past laurels; the mistake being that they allow over-confidence and past successes to cloud future rewards. This situation makes people lazy in their business dealings. They become board with their lives and fall victim to complacency.

Another problem with parking is that it also sets up people for a nose-dive if the tide changes, as it often does. As such, it behooves successfull people to continue setting goals that keeps them feeling alive and active. Staying active doesn’t have to mean making more money or reaching a higher level of competiveness, it means setting goals that makes your life mean something more than just making money.

A stagnant situation happens when people stop dreaming, stop reaching for goals, and stop growing in their businesses! This is NOT a good thing! However, I’ve been around a number of success- oriented people over the past thirty years, and I’ve seen this situation happen all too frequently.

LACK OF PLANNING FOR WHAT’S NEXT

It took me a long time to figure out why people die in their businesses or why they fail in life when they seemed to be at the pinnacle of success in their professions. In almost every instance, parking was the reason; they did not plan for what to do next once success was attained.

Unfortunately, people often spend too much time and energy building for their future and then forget how to build a good life in the present or how to maintain good relationships. In so doing, they take people in their lives for granted and don’t see the blessings in their lives. This often happen when people see success as a destination instead of a wonderful journey through life.

The problem with people treating success as a destination is that, once they’ve arrived, they don’t think about what to do next. In other words, they forgot to set additional goals for what is next after reaching their specified goals. Life has a tendency to become routine, mundane, dull, and unexciting. Life seems empty when people have not planned for “What comes next.”

A woman I once knew named Anne found herself in this situation. She described herself as feeling depression. That’s when she asked herself, “Why do I feel this way? All I want to do is cry. I should be happy. I have everything that I could ever want and life is so good to me.”

Anne’s best friend suggested that perhaps what she was experiencing was just a let-down after coming off the high she had been on during that period of time. She had been successful in her business and also had just married a wonderful man. It had been such a whirlwind leading up to the wedding that, when it was all over, she did not know what to do next. In other words, because she had been busily working hard for the event of a lifetime (which she had been praying for a long time), a big hole was left inside of her when it was all over. The problem was she had nothing in place to substitute for the energy high she had been on for the past several months.

My point is that you should not only plan to succeed, but you should also plan for what happens after you reach the level of success for which you had planned. You should make plans for what comes next by setting new goals. Think about the following questions:

What motivates you to move ahead in life and to reach for another goal?

What worthy project would you like to be involved with next?

What will you do with your time and energy once you have gotten to where you want to be?

How do you see yourself in the future and decide what you want to see there?

Who will be there with you, who will not be there, and what will you be doing or not doing?

What kind of person will you be, spoiled or humbled?

How will you spend your time, energy, and money?

Will you be wasteful with those assets or continue to use them wisely and charitably?

How much time or money will you be giving to charity, and to what organizations?

These are questions you need to answer so that you have a realistic plan in place to keep you motivated and growing each time you reach a new goal. Also, you need to be adding new lifeblood to everything you set out to accomplish. Old blood gets sluggish and thick when there’s nothing to give it boost once in a while. This means you need to bring new people and new ideas into your circle on a regular basis.

I welcome comments about this subject. Do you believe that planning for what’s next and following through with what you had planned is important?
